"I’ve been doing business with Taylor Green‘s team for several years now and I must say when it comes to service, I’m always answered by a human being. I’m never placed on hold for an hour. I don’t have to listen to God awful music being piped in 10 dB louder than the law allows with no option to turn it off and most delightfully, I get an answer immediately or someone commits to take the necessary actions for resolution immediately, I recently had the unfortunate experience of locking my keys in my car. I incurred the expense of the locksmith coming to unlock the car and I had a personal check reimbursed from the agency in less than 72 hours in my hand, mailed to my home, to reimburse me for my out-of-pocket expense.
